The initiative was inspired by Peterson’s childhood schooling experience in the Kiamaina slum located in a remote part of Kenya. We expanded this summer with starting a school uniform business in Nyahururu, Kenya. We provide affordable school uniforms to children in need.

The Kenya Reads Team just qualified for the final round of the Launch U entrepreneurship competition.
