Ernest Packaging Solutions in the era of booming e-commerce has been growing like crazy. They needed better, cooler ways to attract more (great) people. First series of Not Hiring videos for Ernest was released in 2017, spiking the LinkedIn traffic by 300% and winning a bunch of awards (yay).
