On top of that, he’s always stepping up to support the team, helping train new hires and guiding them through systems like AppFolio. Lexxi played a huge role in launching our Utah operations across four properties, successfully transitioning nearly 1,000 units with professionalism, organization, and an amazing attitude. She tackled every challenge head-on, demonstrated true leadership, and supported both her teams and company leadership every step of the way. Her impact has been massive, and we’re beyond grateful to have her on the HMA team.

Derek continues to prove himself as the ultimate team player. Always dependable, always willing to step in wherever needed, and always getting the job done. Big things happening at Hampton Management Associates 🚀

We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially taken over management at four new communities in Utah: Brighton Place, Apartments at Decker Lake, Palladio Apartments, and Hampton Place.

We got the chance to chat with our new teams over a great dinner on what’s ahead and the energy was incredible. It’s clear we’ve got strong teams in place, and we’re looking forward to building something special together. Here’s to new beginnings and what’s next!

We’re proud to recognize David at Parkside Commons as this week’s Rockstar!

From day one, David has brought a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a true sense of pride in everything he does. His dedication is reflected in the overall appearance and condition of the community, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is maintained to the highest standard.

During the week of April 8, 2026, while our VP was on-site for a tour, David stepped up in a big way making sure the grounds were immaculate and all vacant units were clean, presentable, and ready to show. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

With the property currently without a maintenance supervisor, David has risen to the occasion, taking on additional responsibility and keeping operations running smoothly. He’s also taken initiative in mentoring a new maintenance technician, helping them successfully transition into the team.

David’s leadership, reliability, and commitment make a meaningful impact on the success of Parkside Commons. He truly embodies what it means to be a Rockstar. ⭐

Our team at Riverwood had an egg-cellent time hosting our Easter Egg Hunt! From colorful eggs hidden throughout the community to smiles and laughter all around, it was a day filled with fun, connection, and celebration.

Events like these are what make our community feel like home. We love bringing residents together and creating memorable moments for everyone to enjoy.

We are proud to recognize two outstanding team members as our Rockstars of the Week - Bria Lewis, Property Manager at Panomar, and Alex Pearson, Maintenance Director!

Bria has demonstrated exceptional performance and consistency! She successfully reduced delinquency to $0.00 by no later than the 6th of the month for January through April - an incredible achievement that reflects her strong leadership and attention to detail. In addition, she has maintained outstanding leased occupancy, reaching 100% in January and February, and 98.8% in March and currently in April. Her dedication and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.

Alex stepped up in a big way last week, supporting the team while a colleague was on vacation. He ensured a unit was rent-ready and played a key role in helping a new resident move in smoothly. Alex consistently demonstrates a team-first attitude and is always ready to jump in wherever help is needed.
