Celebrating the next generation of leaders! 🎓✨🦋

This spring, we proudly honored our second annual Latinx Mentoring & Achievement (LMA) graduates from Fremont and Skyline High Schools. Held in the heart of Fruitvale, the San Antonio Senior Center, the celebration brought together students, families, mentors, and staff to recognize a year of growth, perseverance, and achievement.

From academic milestones to personal accomplishments, our graduates have shown what’s possible when young people are supported by a community that believes in them. 💛

A special thank you to our dedicated LMA Specialists and mentors for their guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout the year. We also extend our gratitude to the staff who worked behind the scenes to make this celebration possible and create a memorable experience for our students and families.

Congratulations to all of our graduates, we can't wait to see the incredible futures you continue to build. 🌟

Affordable Housing Month is a reminder that strong communities start with stable homes! 🏘️💛

This month, we were proud to celebrate a major milestone alongside partners, supporters, and community leaders at the groundbreaking of 2700 International Blvd — a future home for 75 permanently affordable housing units, including 22 supportive housing units for previously homeless veterans.

Every shovel in the ground represents something bigger: investment in Oakland families, pathways toward stability, and a future where more neighbors can thrive. 🌳✨

Thank you to the incredible partners helping make this vision possible: City of Oakland , Oakland Housing Authority, Bank of America , Housing Trust Silicon Valley, Enterprise , Raza Development Fund , co-developer Eden Housing , contractor Branagh Inc., architect Pyatok , and Insight Housing . 💛

Affordable housing changes lives — and together, we are building a stronger and more equitable Oakland.
