Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs

We’re looking for a leader with lived experience of incarceration to support participants through our in-prison and reentry programs. Could it be you?

What you’ll do:
-Deliver CROP’s signature in-prison and reentry curricula
-Coach participants in groups and 1:1
-Lead Ready 4 Life participant recruitment
-Report on program outcomes
-Work collaboratively with the entire CROP team

This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring regular presence in our Oakland office and periodic travel to California state prisons 🕊️
