Listen4Good is ! We're in search of a Program Coordinator to join our core team.

This person will play a key role across our core team to support our 18-month, equity-based capacity building feedback program, especially the new exciting offerings we are introducing to nonprofits and social sector organizations in 2024.

While this is a remote position, the candidate must be able to attend weekly virtual team meetings Pacific time and available to travel periodically to the Bay Area for team meetings.

- develop targeted survey questions so you collect actionable data from the community you serve
- obtain high response rates in a respectful way
- interpret the results
- communicate what you find back to your stakeholders
- act upon the information
