Back in December, I experienced an early miscarriage. At the time it felt confusing, heartbreaking, and very lonely. I'm not usually super vulnerable online, but I am a pretty open person in real life, and one of the things that helped me most is talking about it.

As I opened up to the women in my life, I was surprised by how many had similar stories. While I wish fewer women had to experience pregnancy loss, those conversations brought me a sense of comfort and peace that I didn’t have before. They reminded me that I wasn’t alone, and that there were women who truly understood what I was feeling.

I know it took a while, but I’m sharing this today because if you’ve experienced something similar, I hope you know you’re not alone either. There are more women who understand than you might realize, and my hope is that sharing my story can offer even a small piece of comfort to someone else🤍
