Courageous communication isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about saying the thing with clarity and care, even when your stomach is doing flips.
Honest conversations build trust, even when they’re a little uncomfortable.
💡 Try this: before you speak, pause and ask “What am I trying to do here?” Let intention lead, not intensity.
🗣️ What helps you stay grounded when conversations get hard?

Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t.
It’s something you build, one messy, brave, slightly awkward step at a time.
Every time you show up for yourself, you’re basically training your brain to keep going.
💡 Try this: notice one small moment this week where you did something hard or new or even just slightly uncomfortable. Name it. That counts as reinforcement.

We are so grateful to announce Behavioral Learning as a Supporting Sponsor of the 9th Annual Women in Behavior Analysis Conference this July! 🎉
At Behavioral Learning, they are committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment in order to empower growth and foster individualized behavior change — and they do it across a beautifully comprehensive range of services.
From individual and group counseling guided by the principles of behavior analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to parent support, BCBA training and supervision, and adult day services, Behavioral Learning truly meets individuals and families wherever they are on their journey.
Based in Oak Park, Illinois, what makes Behavioral Learning so special is the heart behind their work. As they put it so perfectly on their own website, their team is passionate about learning — learning about you and your story, learning new ways to perfect their craft, learning when to fiercely advocate and when to quietly listen. That spirit of genuine, collaborative care is something the WIBA community deeply admires.
Their BHCOE accreditation and rich network of community partners further reflect an organization that understands that great care does not happen in isolation — it takes a village. Behavioral Learning is always showing up to build one. 🙌
Thank you, Behavioral Learning, for your generous support of WIBA 2026 and for the incredible work you do every day for the individuals and families you serve! ✨
