Southernside Summer Reminders
Residents,
Summer is in full effect and our residents are out and enjoying the property. With that, we have a few friendly reminders to keep the property running smoothly:
• A pool pass is required to enter the pool. If you do not have one, please stop by the office to get yours. Anyone who does not provide a pass when asked by staff will be asked to leave the pool area.
• Children MUST always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Continued violation of this will result in loss of pool privileges and possibly a lease violation. Multiple lease violations can result in a non-renewal of lease.
• The Laundry, Workout and Game Room are open during the weekends the same time the pool is open. The same rules apply for those rooms as the pool rules.
• We love all our Fur-Residents! For their safety and yours, please make sure all dogs are on a leash when outside of the residence.
• We have dog waste stations all over the property. Please pick up your animal’s waste and dispose of it properly.
• Packages are coming in regularly. Please make sure you pick up your packages as they come in.
• Have you changed your filters recently? Please swing by the office to pick up a new one as needed.
• Do not leave trash or food in breezeways. It’s unsightly and can attract ants and other pests.
• Expired car tags and plates. The City of O’Fallon comes out regularly. They will have your car tagged and towed if it is not properly licensed.
