Dr. Lant is attending the International Sports Vision Association Sports Vision Combine this weekend in Bentonville, AR. He’s having a great experience learning more about specialized types of vision therapy targeted to enhancing athletic performance in various sports by improving visual skills.
Conference attendees heard from professional athletes and their vision training experiences. Maggie Steffens, 3x Olympic Gold Medalist, 2x MVP, Team USA Captain, and 5x World Champion in Women’s Water Polo; Qadry Ismail, “The Missile”, NFL Super Bowl Champion Wide-Receiver played for the Baltimore Ravens and others; Anneke Beerten, 3x world champion mountain bike racer from the Netherlands, and Paul Browning, former wide-receiver for the Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, and AFL now sports vision therapist and receiver coach.

Congratulations to Dr. Lant and the team at Four Circles Vision Therapy. They received the “Rising Star Award in Vision Therapy Entrepreneurship” at the International Congress of Behavioral Optometry (ICBO) meeting early this month in Ottawa, Canada. We’re honored to be internationally recognized for innovation in vision therapy and community engagement.

Dr. Lant is in Ottawa, Canada this week at the International Congress of Behavioral Optometry (ICBO) and had the opportunity to speak on “Vision’s Role in Reading” to an international group of optometrists and vision therapists. He has really enjoyed meeting new people and learning more about vision therapy from the world’s best in our field.
