Today’s staff meeting focused on vicarious trauma and self care.
Too often we are so busy being the caregiver that we forget to take care of ourselves.
Our team is a one of a kind and such an amazing group of caring , compassionate, dedicated nurses, and I am so thankful we choose this path together.
