My Cats are family. My cats are registered with the North American Purebred Registry (NAPR). My cats are sold as a pet only. I do not give any breeding rights. Kittens must be spay/neutered within 60 days of pickup. You must provide proof of spay/neuter otherwise contract will be null and void. The deposit is non-refundable. This means after making a deposit and you changed your mind, you do not get the deposit back. All my kittens have seen a vet. I do Guarantee Health on life threatening congenital and genetic issues for ONE year. Please note this does not cover Umbilical hernias, Fleas. Parasites, toxoplasmosis, and contagious parasites or diseases are excluded as they are common and can be picked up after your kitten leaves my care. You have 72 hours to have your baby checked out by your vet and should they find any issues, ( including the ones listed above) contact us immediately with proof of diagnosis, Vets name and number and we will go from there. If you do not show proof of vet check up within 72 hours our guarantee will be null and void. We raise our cats in a safe, healthy, clean and loving home. We think everyone should be able to own a Sphynx. Payments are done by PayPal, Venmo or Cash. I will not take checks, money orders, or Pick up cash. By sending a deposit you are agreeing that you have read this, and are accepting the terms and conditions that have been stated above. Please contact me for available kittens and for prices. Deposit is half down and the other half is due the day of pick up. (I will not ship my kittens)

Please also note. If kittens are not picked up within 5 days of the pick up date You will not be able to get your deposit back and the kitten will be put up for sale again. Unless other arrangements were made before hand.
