A lot of agents are trying to solve a systems problem with motivational quotes.

If you have:

no clear process
no scripts
weak follow-up
slow answers
no real support

That is not a sales problem.

That is a “why is this business being held together with dental floss” problem.

Fix the system. Then judge the sales.
