Mom burnout is REAL. I’d wager to say it’s a newer thing. When we were kids we went to school all day, came home, had a snack, and went outside to play until the sun went down with all the kids in the neighborhood.

Mom’s back then may or may not have worked. And if they were working they were not scaling six, seven, eight figure businesses, seven days a week.

Mom’s had peace in quiet in the home while we were outside playing so they could throw in a load of laundry and make dinner while enjoying a phone call with their bestie.

Now days mom’s are scaling businesses and careers while still trying to do it ALL.

Women are use to doing it all and not asking for help. Partially because we don’t want to let go of control and we get frustrated when it’s not done the way we do it

Spend the next week running the exercise. Spend the next month implementing. Three months from now tell me what a game changer it’s been

There is a shift happening and the real estate industry that has been pretty slow to evolve in the last 20 years is rapidly changing in 2026.
The market share is there for the taking and I think the agents who are adapting fast, implementing AI and putting out the content consistently across a lot of platforms are going to take massive market share this year.
The content across platforms is there to be searchable and seen. The marketing of your listings is the validation the seller needs to see that you are an active agent and that your marketing stands out compared to the other 13,000 agents.
