Day 2 of Cycling at National Senior Games and a 10k TT at Florida Live Arena and it was hot and steamy at 7 am. Alain placed 7th in Men 50-54 and I placed 5th (again) in Women 60-64. Tomorrow is a rest day, and laundry day, before we head out to the roads on Sat and Sun for the road races.
