I haven't even begun to process the grief that this brings. Last night, we lost Elephant Studios. Gratefully, no one was hurt. This place was beyond special to us and those who shared their hearts here.
2020 has taught me a lot about loss and letting go. This space, this moment, this experience has served its purpose. The structure may be gone, but the love here is eternal. I will scoop that into my heart and carry it with me for life.
One final thank you to everyone who made Elephant Studios what it was. We'll never forget.

I love everything about forward folds in a yoga class. You're not looking around the room wondering "Am I doing this right?" or comparing your strength to the person next to you. You're not looking at the teacher for reassurance while forcing your body past its edge. Nor are you looking in the mirror trying too hard to reach the perfect alignment. You're not looking anywhere but within. Folding into yourself. Feeling your breath. Finding your heart. And what a gift that is.
