As we end our work week, we want to share this meme found on CXAccelerator. Businesses need to understand that their old customers are the ones that will advocate for them, be willing to spend more and try new products which indirectly attracts and brings in new clients. Hence businesses should always focus on building brand advocacy among their current clients and when that is achieved, they can easily bring in new clients. Happy Friday all! Today we would like to know how many of you knew that the categories listed here were considered part of CX?
Most of the time when people think of CX they only think about customer service or customer support. They think about customer success sometimes but that is it. However CX is so much more than that. CX involves every interaction and touch point your customer has with you. Example when they purchase from you and go through the billing process. Or when they need to verify their age and need to go through your online validation process. Every interaction is an experience that will either build brand love or kill it. So, think about your entire business and see if you have put thought into the customer experience of every part of the process. It is critical for true success.

Occasionally on a Wednesday, we here at like to meme it up and have fun. This time we decided to go with one that is funny but also realistic about running your own business.
