As you enter the space, your eye is drawn down the hallway to a stunning kitchen that serves as the focal point of the entire lower level. To preserve that experience, every element along the way was carefully considered. Mechanical systems, storage areas, the gym, and bathroom access were thoughtfully integrated to keep the focus squarely on the welcoming destination ahead.
