❄️ NOR'EASTER ALERT: Solar System Performance ❄️

With the major storm hitting the East Coast this weekend, you might receive alerts from your solar monitoring app regarding "Low Production" or "Temperature Fluctuations."

Don't be alarmed! This is expected during extreme winter weather. Heavy snow and sub-zero temperatures can cause temporary sensor alerts or system pauses.

What you should do:
Wait for the thaw. Once the snow slides off and temperatures stabilize, your system is designed to automatically resume normal operation.

⚠️ SAFETY FIRST: We do not advise climbing on your roof to clear snow. Solar panels are extremely slick, and roof conditions are dangerous during a nor'easter. The sun is your best friend here—it will melt the bond between the snow and the glass, and it will slide off on its own!

Check back later. If your system hasn't cleared its alerts 48 hours after the sun returns and the panels are clear, please contact our service department for assistance.
