I’m back Pepper Peeps - I hope you haven’t forgotten about me. I’ve taken some time away from the kitchen to reflect on my goals, and how I can successfully make and give the gift of hot sauce to you all.
I’m still figuring it out, but I have new creative inspirations and a new drive to bring spice to your table. 🌶️🫑
Summer has come to an end, and with it the ripening of my peppers. Today I harvested my cayennes, and mixed them with fresno, bell, and garlic. I’m not sure what’ll become of this ferment, but we’ll find out together. I promise.
