This place was a wreck. Multiple contractors wouldnt touch it. The front wall of the house was so rotted from a bad window install you could squeeze the framing underneath it would crumble. Bathroom floor joists were also rotted and the floor was falling in the basement with the basement block walls bowing in. A total tear out, everything new.
