Hi! It's been a long time, right? So much happened in a few years. Let me pick up quickly from where I left off.
First, I met this guy. And married him in 2019.
Then Covid happened. In the course of making face coverings, I remembered that I like to sew. So, in my mind, if I'm going to wear a mask, I might as well wear the whole costume. And why shouldn't other folks wear costumes, too!
But, what to do when I'm in my learning and experimenting stage, in lockdown and new fabric is too expensive to waste? I started thrifting home textiles. Those costumes were made from table cloths, draperies, bedding materials, and donated yardage. So are my handbags, and other garments.

I learned to wire wrap stones and make some REALLY nice jewelry. Find it on Etsy.
