Celebrating Our 2026 Hunger Heroes
Hunger Resource Network was proud to honor Village Treasure House as the 2026 Corporate Hunger Hero of the Year during our Annual Hunger Hero Luncheon on May 6th. Their continued dedication and generous support have made a meaningful impact in helping us alleviate hunger throughout our community.
We were also honored to recognize Meghan Rosenfeld as the 2026 Hunger Hero Volunteer of the Year for her outstanding commitment, compassion, and tireless volunteer service. Meghan’s efforts embody the spirit of community and generosity that drives our mission forward every day.

What does a day on the golf course have to do with fighting hunger? More than you might think.
Hunger Resource Network is the only organization focused exclusively on providing chicken to food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens serving individuals and families facing food insecurity.
When you join us for our Annual Golf Outing on August 5, you're doing more than enjoying a great day at Chevy Chase Country Club. You're helping provide nutritious protein to neighbors in need across our communities.
Join us for golf, lunch, a post-golf reception, raffles, our Golf Ball Drop, and a day spent making a real difference. Food insecurity will end when we choose to make a difference.
⛳ Register today through the link in our bio. We hope to see you on the course.
