My Window Washing

We just wrapped a power washing job on a 352-square-foot wood deck and surrounding fence in Lake Zurich. The deck had been through a full Midwest season — algae worked into the grain, grime along the boards, fence rails darkened from moisture sitting in the shade. We just wrapped a full power wash on a 1-story wood-sided home in Winnetka — 2,908 square feet of siding that had algae working into the grain and a season's worth of grime on top of it. The shaded front porch had its own layer of buildup, and the established landscaping close to the foundation meant we had to pre-wet the beds and work carefully throughout the day.
