Amazing results from our 68 year old patient. She had fillers for so many years but it made her expression worse.

Her main concern? "I look way tired and mean!"

She had a brow ptosis where the space between eye brow and upper eyelash became shorter. Her upper lid skin was touching the eyelash where you cannot see her upper eye crease. Notice that the fillers under the eye stretched the muscle now she has prominent ‘tear trough ‘. This is also called as a prominent naso jugal line ( different from naso labial fold which indicates smile line).
