With so many people having to stay home why not sharpen your keto kitchen skills ! These are easy to make and so yummy. I fill jalapeño peppers with cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Then I season some ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic. You can use any ground meat. Then I form a meatball around the stuffed jalapeño and completely encase the pepper with the ground beef. Then wrap as much bacon you like around them to completely cover the meatball. Put them in a baking dish and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. They are keto friendly and gluten free. Enjoy
