Many people out there want to gain muscle and strength.
Even for my plant-based people, these general rules apply.
You need to eat at a surplus, eat enough protein, and resistance train.
Now for plant-based people, it might be a bit complicated considering the protein source and quality of the said source.
Hitting protein numbers might require techniques such as plant-derived protein isolate supplements or just knowing different quality plant-based proteins.
