I looked at a home for a very distraught lady that bought a home with another inspector who said everything was fine. She was later told it would take $40,000. to fix her homes structural issues. I found a broken beam under her home within a few minutes of my visit, suggested a reputable contractor who fixed this for under $500. Problem solved. I did not charge her. Her smile was enough!
