BLS Photography

I am a legal photography business. I pay taxes. Federal, State, State sales and use, and Town License Fees for my towns. I have my tax ID number and local business licenses for all the areas I do business in. Those taxes pay our public officials like teachers and emergency responders and pay for things our community desperately needs. I pay for liability and equipment insurance. I have special training to keep my newborn clients safe, and I have spent thousands furthering my education. A photography business is so much more than having a "fancy camera."
I might be a little more expensive than others in our area but I'm still not anywhere near the most expensive. I don't charge "an arm and a leg" and my prices are perfectly reasonable. My prices are based on the minimum amount it takes to pay all of my taxes, cover all of my expenses, and pay myself a fair wage for working on my photography business full time while working hard to be as affordable for my clients as possible. This is my career. It's a job. I am good at what I do and confident in the work I provide for my clients and I care about and support others in our industry. Photographers deserve to be paid a fair wage just like everyone else. Photographers shouldn't make less because we love what we do. I love what I do and love my incredible clients and I am so proud to be a legal photography business.
