This home owner had a larger slab poured over the existing smaller back porch. The second day after it was poured, it cracked right down the middle. After I explained that the person who poured the new slab didn't pour concrete footings so the pillars on the outer corners didn't have anything sturdy enough to rest on, likely caused the break. So we dug out and poured the footings, added drainage rock around perimeter and laid new sod around the porch.

Then this home owner wanted the exterior painted and some rotten wood replaced in a few areas.
