didn't want to do it. But God led me right back & that's when I started to feel that nudge towards something. Something bigger than myself pulling me in a certain direction. In 2009 I went to Nashville to the Immerse music conference & had the amazing opportunity to hear Micheal W Smith speak. He talked about his struggles when he first came to Nashville and that after being turned down multiple times he prayed to God that if this was not where God wanted him to be to change the desire of his heart. Well, we all know how that obviously turned out for him. I prayed that prayer as well & God made the desire for music even stronger within me. Now just a few years later, I've grown so much as a Christian artist & songwriter. I released my first single "Beautiful is You" in Oct 2010, my first album "Greatest Love" May 22, 2012, and newly released my 3rd project, "Every Move", January 21, 2014 produced by Daniel Ornellas (Tree63, Brenton Brown, Worship Republic) in Nashville. I am also a member of the CMI Academy founded by Dove award winning songwriter, Phillip LaRue. I was honored with being awarded "Christian Artist of the Year" at the CMI Workshop in Nashville, July 2013, which then enabled me to co-write with Phillip LaRue. We wrote track #3 "I Am Here" on my newly released record, Every Move. God has been so good & has been blessing my hard work. But the main thing for me has been keeping myself faithful to Him & letting the holy spirit lead me. I want to be where God wants me. And I know for a fact I'm on the right path. It's an amazing feeling to know that the work I'm doing is for a greater purpose & for a God who loves us & cherishes us.
