Our handmade “How I’m Feeling” Emotional Regulation Boards give children a simple, visual way to identify where they are emotionally and communicate what they need.

Children move a magnetic slider (lots of images to choose from) to show how they’re feeling, helping parents, teachers, and caregivers better understand when a child needs space, support, or a conversation.
