founded Onyx Connect Media on February 6, 2018, she has built a platform for black students to amplify black students! Her journalism success has not halted at ISU but persevered all the way from Illinois to Missouri to Texas!

Earlier this week, a female ISU student passed away amid a seizure in the Bone Student Center.
Students who witnessed the incident and shared their experiences asked to remain anonymous. Their identities were protected out of respect for their safety and privacy.
Once her identity is revealed, ISU students hope to say her name in remembrance of her life. We will update this report as new details are attained.

A student led “ICE Out of Blono” protest moved through the quad this afternoon. MarcYDSA @ ISU 🍉ed from Hale and Main toward the Center for Visual Arts, holding signs and chanting “No hate, no fear, immigrants are welcome here.”
