The TPS Midwest Region serves K–12 educators in 17 states including Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Funded by a grant from the Library of Congress, the Teaching with Primary Sources (TPS) program at Illinois State University provides free, web-based instructional resources and professional development for K–12 teachers.
