Full time experienced apartment lead maintenance person for apartment community in Normal, IL.

All applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Lead maintenance must be able to supervise a small staff, know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable and organized. Must be HVAC certified. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the manager. Must live within 15-20 minutes of property.
