The Reptile Oasis

So if you follow us on Instagram then you already know we spent the weekend in Tinley Park at the NARBC Reptile expo! We ended up bringing home five animals the first of which was our new Western Hognose snake named Chicken Nugget. The second purchase was actually two Amphibians, we got Bird P**p Frogs! They still need names so hit that comment section with suggestions. The third animal that we brought home was an adult Blue Tongue Skink who sadly has a couple kinks in his tail (Also needs a name). And lastly was one that we pre-adopted from Snake Discovery he was their longest resident so we decided to give him a forever home! He is a 9yr old male Ball Python name Psyduck.

Well we got to rescue these two adorable little goofballs the other day! On the left is Mia a female Leopard gecko and on the right is Huego a male Leopard gecko. Their previous owner hadn't given them the best over all care and called us to give them a better home so now they are hanging out in the Oasis.

So we got a call this morning saying this beautiful lady needed a good home. She's in very rough shape with only a few toes left and multiple layers of stuck shed she got a long road to recovery ahead of her but she's in the right spot now! While she's here at the Oasis we're gonna need to call her something so comment below with your name ideas!

Did you guys know we also take in Amphibians and Arachnids? This is our resident Chubby Frog Jean who has been with us just over a month now!
