The Monarchy is a student organization at Old Dominion University designed for the Bachelor of Music Audio Recording program. It is open to all who are interested in recording, audio engineering, mastering, mixing, etc. We meet every Thursday during activity hour (12:30-1:30) in the Diehn building Rm. 1204 (Recording Studio).

Sound System Interconnection RaneNote 110 explains the cause and prevention of ground loops and how to interface balanced and unbalanced gear with proper connections and wiring.
No Monarchy meeting tomorrow as we're into the last week of school. We're going to set up the 5.1 surround sound during the holiday break and I'll post the day/times as I get them figured out.
