Most guys hear “Candida” and think… “That’s a women’s issue.” 🤔
Not exactly. 🤯
Candida is a yeast that naturally lives in your body, including your gastrointestinal tract. When it grows out of balance, it may contribute to symptoms that many men don’t immediately connect to it.
🚩 Some signs can include:
• Bloating or excess gas
• Digestive discomfort
• Sugar cravings
• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Recurring skin issues
• Frequent fungal infections (like athlete’s foot or jock itch)
Notice what’s not on that list? Vaginal yeast infections. That’s why many men never consider Candida as a possibility. 👏
At Infinite Allergy Labs, we measure Candida through a simple blood test, giving you another piece of the puzzle when evaluating ongoing symptoms.
If you’ve been training hard, eating well, and still don’t feel like yourself, it’s worth asking whether there’s more going on beneath the surface.
Better answers can lead to better decisions, and feeling your best starts with understanding what’s happening inside your body. 💙

33 million‼️ 😧 That’s how many Americans are living with a food allergy.
So, if someone you love is always reading labels, asking questions at restaurants, or bringing their own snacks… they’re far from the only one. 💙
Food allergies are becoming more common, and awareness matters now more than ever. A little understanding can make restaurants, parties, schools, and family gatherings so much safer for everyone. 🎉
Share it with someone who thinks food allergies are “just picky eating.” 🥗🍤🍳🍆🍑🍓🍌🍎🥜🥐

Most people have heard of IgE… but that’s only one way your immune system can react to food. 👀
Your immune system has multiple pathways, and each one tells a different part of the story:
🔴 IgE → Immediate allergic reactions (the “classic” food allergy)
🟠 IgG → A delayed immune response that may be associated with symptoms in some individuals.
🟢 IgG4 → Often reflects repeated exposure and can be a marker of immune tolerance.
🔵 C3b/d → Part of the complement system, another pathway involved in your immune response.
No single marker tells the whole story. That’s why understanding what each test measures is just as important as the results themselves.
