Getting ready to show this 1998 Citizen L20 some proper lovin’ with a much needed full alignment. the Sub Spindle is high by .0014. Step 1: tackle the sub spindle to Main Spindle height. Then all else… but first need to remove this Live End Working Motor out the way, to reach into the 10mm bolts that hold the Sub Spindle down. Here is a quick “for educational purpose only” video. Please do not contact me for alignment questions.

And let’s just say I’m really good at what I do for a reason. 😂 it will all come in due time… some day I will see that Porsche GT3RS outside my office parking lot, it won’t be mine…will probably be my neighbors, but hey someday I’ll see it 😂 all jokes aside, it has been an awesome last couple weeks in the shop, pumping out production and finding the time… late at night to do these quick videos to help the community. 316 S.S always leaves a beautiful finish. A bit tricky to keep it from warping when taking a heavy cut. Had some nasty .002 run out… there’s always a solution. Fortunately we had max land guide bushing (40mm) to rough and finish this neat part. Who doesn’t love to see those zeros’ (0.45000) on the Mitutoyo Micrometers.
