I’m Kiara, owner, planner, and lead coordinator at KB Coordinating.
I’m a mom, fiancée, and wedding lover! I got my start in the wedding world years ago, and officially started KBC in 2024.

KB Coordinating is currently hiring an Assistant Wedding Coordinator for the 2026 season!
This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, and thrives in fast paced environments while staying calm and focused.

💍Position Details:
• PRN / part-time (hours vary between 4–12 hours per event)
• Weekend availability (occasional Mon, Thurs, Fri)
• $16 - $20 per hour
• Locations: KC, Springfield, and St. Louis

💍What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented
• Able to follow direction
• Efficient in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Inclusive of bipoc & lgbtq+ couples/individuals
• Ready to assist with setup, tear down, timeline flow, and vendor communication
• Able to lift and carry items as needed, and be on feet for long periods of time (8-12 hours)
