Pork Belly Pasta
Tender sous vide style pork belly, oven grilled in bourbon glaze and served over spaghetti smothered in sweet Thai chili wine sauce. Topped with fried wonton strips.
(We will offer Pork Belly Saturday night as well, while supplies last)
Saturday Night:
Sous Vide Tri-Tip
8 oz. sirloin cooked sous vide style, then quickly seared in herb steak butter. Served medium rare and thinly sliced. Topped with a drizzle of au jus and steak butter and served with your choice of side.
