This job will require the ability to work away from home for months at a time. We work on large scale utility solar farms so the jobsites can vary in location a crossed the US in the lower 48.
There is room for moving up the ladder to become an operator which makes $400/day if you have the aptitude and ability. We want all of our employees to move up to operator status and will train you along the way but not all employees are capable.
For beginners we hire on with the following job duties each day:
-Working 12-14 hours per day
-Distributing piles a crossed the site using a skid steer
-Installing the string lines for pile installation
-Lifting piles up to machine for installation
We take care of lodging costs and you take care of your own food, there is no perdiem add on.
We start pay at $225/day, but if you can on your own time and on your own dime complete the following online certifications you will instantly be bumped to $300/day pay.
$300/day required certs to be completed:
-30 hour Osha Certification course
-Telescopic Handler operator saftey course
- Skid Steer (rubber-tired & track loader) operator safety course
Things that turn most people away from this job:
-We work 12-14 hours per day
-We work in all weather conditions except for Lightning and Severe storms
-We work 6 to 7 days a week some times
-We are on the road for up to 6-8 weeks at a time
Positive thought:
If you are capable and move your way up to Operator pay at $400/day that can add up very fast, so have financial goals in mind for what you are working towards before you start.

Bare minimum Requirements for you to provide on your own prior to beginning working for us:
-Osha 10 hour certification (done online)
-Complete a DOT physical (google it, you'll find a location to get this done)
-Rain Gear to keep you dry for working in the rain all day long 12-14 hours
-Steel Toe boots or composite toe boots
-Winter Coat and proper cold weather gear so you can safely work in temperatures below zero if need be all day long 12-14 hours
