It's a wonderful opportunity to not only enjoy fellowship, but to support a film about the Catholic Church and the priesthood. The movie is Father Stu, starring Mark Wahlberg and Mel Gibson. This is the true story of Father Stuart Long and his journey from amateur boxer to the priesthood. It is very rare that Hollywood makes a movie that portrays the Catholic church and the priesthood in a positive light. We need to do what we can to support this film and what Mark Wahlberg has done.
