The Medical Monitoring Testing dates have been extended. All of the eligible medical monitoring registrants will be receiving a letter in the mail notifying them of the extension.

The sign up the settlement programs came to an end on Friday October 31st.

All questionnaires must be returned via mail or in person by October 31, 2014. If you know anyone who is interested in the Medical Monitoring Program but did not register, they may still be eligible to participate. They may contact us and or obtain the registration questionnaires from our website at www.bibbclass.com.

Please note that completing the Registration Questionnaire is just one step in the process. As indicated in the materials, you must have lived, worked or attended school within a certain area of Nitro for certain periods of time to qualify for the Program.
