What is AromaTouch®?

Light strokes with a series of essential oils-- four groups of two different oils each, promoting a restful atmosphere. This is with a very light touch that affects the nervous system as opposed to the muscle tissue. The brain gets into a rhythm, anticipating what's happening next. As that happens, other parts of your body that are normally on ‘alert!’ and constantly firing, start to turn ‘off’ or get subdued a little bit. This allows you to get into this rhythm of relaxation and allows a body-balancing effect.
