Stylist Success Suite

When we decided to open our salon suite having a secluded space was a bonus for us because we were dealing with the pandemic rules.

Looking back I was happy to be able to provide that one on one experience that I tried to achieve in a larger salon with more people and conversations happening around.

I was able to focus more on what I was doing and also allow my guest to be comfortable and relaxed.

HOWEVER, I do believe that working with other stylist can be amazing, so long as everyone works as a team. Which is why going into business with Alma was the best decision I could have made.

Surrounding yourself with other like-minded stylists who want to grow with you is key to being successful behind the chair. You can keep each other motivated and inspired while having a good time.

If you can go into a salon suite with a partner I would recommend this over going in solo 💯

1. You won’t feel alone in decision making situations. You’ll be able to bounce ideas off each other.

2. You will have help when it comes to running the business.

3. You will be able to get a piece of that “larger salon” feel with more conversations.
