Primitive Wellness

At Primitive Wellness we value health and longevity. One of the best ways to improve your health and longevity is by walking. Chance and I have been working on organizing a walking club for the last few months and are officially ready to have our first walk on Monday, July 13th, from 9:30-10:30 am at the Newport Recreation Center trail (136 Elm St, Newport, ME). Our goal with this walking club is to provide a place for people to build a positive relationship with movement, build connections with people within their community, and encourage conversations around what health and wellness truly looks like.

This club is free for anyone of any age to join! Chance and I will be bringing our 2 month old and we encourage others to bring their kiddos as well! I also highly suggest bringing your retired grandparents/parents as they will greatly benefit from the community and movement.

✨At the end of each month we will put all of the attendees into a hat and draw a winner for either a free 60 minute personal training session or free 60 minute massage (we will alternate each month). The more you attend the walks, the better your chance is to win. For example, if you attend 3 walks for the month, your name will be entered in 3 times.✨

Chance and I will be at the Newport Rec Center trail from 9:30-10:30am each Monday starting July 13th. You are welcome to join us for the whole walk or just for a little bit. If you are interested in joining this club, click the link below to join the group for any new information about the walk. We will encourage questions regarding health and wellness within the group and we will provide free feedback (You do not have to join the Facebook group to attend the walk).
