We proudly present our most recent project! It has been the most challenging, complex, and costly thus far but it has also been the most rewarding. It went under contract the very next day we put it on the market. We want to give a huge shout out to our realtor, Vicki Dell, who has been by our side through thick and thin since we began this adventure 3 years ago. Her work ethic and dedication are truly rare to find in this business and we are grateful to have her on our team. / ¡Con orgullo presentamos nuestro proyecto más reciente! Hasta el momento ha sido el más desafiante, complejo y costoso, pero también el más gratificante. Bajo contrato al día siguiente de estar a la venta. ¡¡Nos tomó un poco más de lo anticipado pero finalmente terminamos los arreglos de la casa y ya está a la venta!! Mejor aún, acabamos de adquirir la segunda propiedad para restaurar. Así es que, el mismo día que la primera casa se puso en venta –ayer– compramos la segunda. Pronto compartiremos algunas fotos de antes y después. ¡Mantente pendiente!

It took longer than anticipated but the house is finally done and on the market!! Even better… we just got our second house to flip. So, the same day the first house went on the market –yesterday– we bought the second. Soon I will be sharing some before and after photos. Keep in touch!
