Andres brings 14 years of scaffolding industry experience and has been an invaluable member of the Scaffsource team since joining in 2020. He is a seasoned operations leader with a strong commitment to safety, team development, operational excellence, cost management, and building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

In his most recent role, Andres led the Scaffsource operations team with a focus on asset management, logistics, and vendor partnerships. In his expanded role as General Manager, he will broaden his impact by supporting pre‑sales efforts and contributing to the overall management of the business with a focus on driving greater profitability.

Andres recently completed his AA in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston—another testament to his drive for continuous growth.
