Hudson Valley Lacrosse Development was founded on the principle that lacrosse instruction should be based around teaching fundamental techniques in an effort to produce high quality lacrosse players. What sets us apart from the rest of the "club" programs in the area is that we focus on the development of our players, not just on the field but in life. We consider ourselves teachers and role model
The weather has cleared up and hopefully remains beautiful for our games tonight.
